Business Analyst

📋 What you will do

• Analyze bank business processes
• Model as-is and to-be processes in BPMN 2.0
• Identify and resolve contradictions, gaps, and ambiguities in business requirements
• Identify weaknesses and risks in business processes
• Evaluate proposed changes in terms of efficiency and system interaction
• Assess the impact of changes on system quality and stakeholder interests
• Participate in the development of system and architecture solutions

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis for Middle+ and 5+ years for Senior
• At least 2 years of experience as a business or process analyst in banking
• Middle+ / Senior level
