📋 What you will do
- Establish and execute strategies to grow user base and nurture local communities
- Design, launch, and scale local growth programs to strengthen the Reddit ecosystem
- Provide market insights and local input to cross-functional teams (Product, BD, Marketing)
- Monitor country health KPIs (DAU, Contributions) and analyze performance trends
- Develop action plans based on risks and opportunities identified in data
- Build influential relationships and partnerships as a local spokesperson for Reddit
