Community Manager — French speaker (contract) ✓

📋 What you will do

• Grow and scale local communities in France
• Develop market expertise to identify user and moderator pain points, competitors, and opportunities
• Recruit, educate, and grow a local community of moderators
• Onboard external creators and local users into active moderators
• Act as a public face for local volunteer moderators and build trust
• Mediat conflicts and help drive solutions in local communities
• Iterate on and scale the consumer growth playbook and propose new programs
• Communicate quantitative and qualitative insights to optimize the strategy
• Run reports, build dashboards, analyze data, and set KPIs
• Drive community initiatives with Product, Community, Engineering, Marketing, Safety, and BD

🛠 Stack and skills

• 5+ years of experience in community development, project management, growth, operations, or product
• Expertise in the French market
• Strategic thinking and a growth mindset
