**__MAIN TASKS :__**
 ❤️**Closing incoming leads on RD
 **❤️**Working with CIS GEO
 **❤️**Handling objections
 **❤️**Analyzing conversations and increasing conversion
 **❤️**Reworking the hot database**

**__WHO WE WANT TO SEE ON THE TEAM :__**
❤️experience in FD/RD (from 6 months)
❤️ability to handle objections professionally and keep the lead engaged
❤️understanding the specifics of the investment vertical will be a plus
❤️Experience working with **CRM** is a plus
﻿﻿❤️analytical approach: ability to break down conversations and improve conversion
