IT Project Manager

📋 What you will do

• Manage an IT project and coordinate the development, QA, and analytics teams
• Control task quality and release execution
• Prepare documentation, meeting notes, and user guides
• Remove blockers and manage risks

• Experience managing software development from the delivery side
• Strong planning and deadline control skills
• Ability to work in chaos and reprioritize quickly
• Technical background is required
• Ability to escalate issues together with proposed solutions
• Ability to forecast resource shortages in advance
• Middle+ or Senior level

🎁 What we offer

• Salary: 1200 ₽/hour or 190-220K RUB/month
• Hybrid work format in Moscow, Vavilovskaya/Profsoyuznaya metro area
• Workload: around 160 hours/month
• Project duration: 3 months with possible extension
• Contracting available only through sole proprietor (IP)
• Russian citizenship required
