TEDx Submissions Copywriter

📋 What you will do

• Craft and submit 20 high-quality TEDx applications per assigned client each month
• Research client materials to identify compelling hooks aligned with TEDx themes
• Identify relevant TEDx events using provided resources and databases
• Write and submit applications following TEDx Content Guidelines
• Ensure all application questions meet 100% of event form requirements
• Maintain detailed records by logging submissions into the internal system within 24 hours
• Communicate professionally with clients to collect information and provide updates
• Provide proactive updates to the internal team via Slack and email
