🚀Tech Lead (iOS / WebView), Traffic Force, Remote 🎰 About us We build WebView applications. We work directly with the business owner — no bureaucracy or unnecessary approvals. The team has 4 micro-teams, 6 iOS developers, and 100+ submissions per month. Apps have a short lifespan, and we have data, analytics, and insights into why this happens. We are missing someone who can turn this into a system. 🎯 This role is not for everyone We need someone who: - has released many apps and knows what an app factory is - has worked when the App Store is actively making your life difficult - knows the terms post-monitoring, binary similarities, pattern detection — and not from articles 🔥 Main goal — survival Every app must be architecturally unique. Code, frameworks, network behavior, WebView logic — nothing should be repeated. You need to generate hypotheses, test, and implement them. Monitor patterns within the team. 📌 Responsibilities - Manage 6 iOS developers - Make every app architecturally unique (code, frameworks, network behavior, WebView) - Generate hypotheses, run A/B tests on survival - Implement automation and AI in development - Work with AppsFlyer and attribution - Create documentation for fast onboarding ⚠️ We will not consider candidates without this ◆ Real experience in WebView iOS — not theory ◆ Understanding of how Apple detects patterns ◆ App factory — from 50 submissions/month ◆ WKWebView — deep knowledge, not just “open a URL” level ◆ AppsFlyer — hands-on experience ◆ Team management 🛠 Stack Swift · WKWebView · WebKit AppsFlyer · App Store Connect Claude and AI tools 💰 Conditions - Fully remote work - Direct contact with the business owner - Weekly payments - Salary: $4,000 – $8,000 / month 📩 Contact @anya_vnts
