👑 TEAM LEAD SALES (LOANS / CIS) as well as FD and RD handlers👑 ➡️ GEO: CIS ➡️ Vertical: LOANS / CHARGE / MFO ⚠️ WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a strong Team Lead for the handling department 🔥OPEN POSITIONS 🔥 🟢 TEAM LEAD SALES 🟢 SALES for FD 🟢 SALES for RD 🧩 TL TASKS: ⚪️ Building and managing a team of handlers; ⚪️ Controlling the quality of traffic handling; ⚪️ Writing and improving scripts (including objection handling); ⚪️ Interaction with the buying department; 📣 REQUIREMENTS: ⚪️ Mandatory experience working with CIS GEO in LOANS; ⚪️ At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead / Head of Sales in the LOANS sector (CIS GEO); ⚪️ Cases with results (in numbers). 💥 CONDITIONS: ⚪️ Income: fixed + % of revenue / KPI (discussed individually); ⚪️ Schedule: 7/0; ⚪️ Opportunity to scale and grow income; ☝️IMPORTANT We consider only candidates with real experience in CIS (LOANS).
