Bypass LTD is looking for experienced Team Leads and Media Buyers We are growing and strengthening our team by inviting experts in CPA marketing who know how to turn traffic and advertising budgets into profit. Your area of responsibility: — Building and managing a team of media buyers — Building and developing infrastructure: assigning tasks to related departments, searching for and implementing solutions (accounts, sellers, tech setup) — Searching for, analyzing, and testing promising ad funnels — Setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns in the Crypto vertical — Monitoring metrics, optimizing, and scaling advertising activities — Strategic planning of traffic buying: developing budgets, KPIs, and tests What we want to see in you: — At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead or Senior Media Buyer — Proven experience in the Crypto or Nutra verticals — Practical experience working with advertising platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads — Experience managing a team: hiring, development, and performance evaluation — Ability to assign tasks to related departments (Tech / Design / Farm) and define requirements — Strong knowledge of analytics: working with metrics, reports, and decision-making What we offer: — An international team with the main office in Limassol (Cyprus) — Remote work format with a 9-hour working day, starting no later than 11:00 — Salary: base salary + KPI (the better the results, the higher the reward) — Full technical equipment, support, and developed infrastructure — Opportunities for professional growth and development of management skills — A team of like-minded people where initiative and drive are valued — A vibrant corporate culture and a comfortable working atmosphere Ready to conquer new heights in performance marketing with us?
