📋 What you will do

• Launch, optimize, and scale Facebook ad campaigns
• Identify and test new advertising funnels
• Create briefs for creatives and landing pages
• Analyze performance results and identify growth opportunities
• Manage a team of up to 5 media buyers
• Support buyers in improving KPIs and scaling performance
• Establish transparent reporting and track key metrics
• Participate in developing internal media buying processes

🎁 What we offer

• Salary: 200,000 ₽ – 270,000 ₽
• 20% to 40% of individual profit
