Team Lead Media Buyer

📋 What you will do

• Build efficient processes within the media buying team
• Conduct weekly meetings, 1-on-1s, and coordination syncs
• Distribute funnels among buyers and manage team KPIs
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors
• Search, test, and validate new funnels and hypotheses
• Scale successful funnels to maximize profit
• Analyze campaign data and adjust team workflows accordingly
• Manage the content creation process
• Write technical briefs for designers and perform quality control
