📋 What you will do

• Build and scale the Google Farm department from scratch
• Manage the farming team including hiring, onboarding, and quality control
• Create and update internal processes and manuals
• Work on bypassing restrictions and improving account stability
• Test new approaches and funnels, maintain reporting
