Facebook Farming Team Lead

📋 What you will do

• Prepare, open, and warm up accounts, social assets, BM, and FP
• Resolve account issues and maintain account stability
• Work with anti-detect browsers, proxies, and card services
• Search for and test new solutions to increase the supply of working accounts
• Monitor Facebook moderation rules
• Coordinate with the buying team on account quantity and quality
• Lead 2 account farmers/setters
• Transition to in-house consumables when the direction becomes profitable
• Build department processes for scaling
• Hire and onboard junior employees
• Track tasks and maintain financial reporting
• Optimize department expenses
