🔥 Adtech Solutions is a product adtech team in the Fintech and Crypto space. We manage advertising from technology to profit and work only with our own projects. Our portfolio includes 50+ in-house websites that we are actively developing and scaling. 📌 Tasks you will be responsible for: • Preparing, opening, and warming up accounts in Facebook, socials, BMs, and FPs; • Resolving account issues and maintaining their functionality; • Working with anti-detect browsers, proxies, and card services; • Searching for and testing new components to increase the supply of working accounts; • Understanding Facebook moderation rules; • Coordinating with the buying team on the quantity and quality of accounts; • Managing 2 farm setup specialists to ensure the required number and quality of accounts; • Further transition to our own расходники when the direction becomes profitable (full cycle of creating socials, FPs, BMs, warming up, etc.); • Building department processes for further scaling; • Hiring and onboarding junior employees as the department scales; • Maintaining task tracking tables (transition to corporate CRM); • Keeping financial records and optimizing the costs of your own department. 📌 What matters to us: • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role; • Confident use of: Google Workspace (spreadsheets, documents), Facebook structures (understanding moderation, interface, errors, blocks), task managers (Asana, Teamly and similar), knowledge bases (Notion or similar — writing guides); • Strong skills working with browsers, proxies, and card services; • Ability to communicate with contractors in writing in English (English level B1-B2); Personal qualities: — responsibility, — communication skills, — attention to detail, — punctuality, — initiative, — ability to work with a large volume of repetitive tasks, — mentoring and leadership. 📌 What we can offer: • Remote work; • 5/2 schedule, from 10:00 to 19:00; • Salary: discussed individually, depending on experience, with a possible review after the probation period; • Payouts in USDT; • All necessary access, tools, and technical support; • Work in a steadily growing team and a supportive atmosphere.
