⚡️TEAM LEAD DESIGN
We are a traffic arbitrage media buying team that is growing, and we need a specialist who can build effective work for the design department, strengthen creatives for scheme traffic, and directly influence the team’s results
⏺What you will be doing:
• Managing a team of designers (task assignment, quality and deadline control)
• Developing and scaling creatives for different traffic sources
• Analyzing creative performance together with buyers
• Generating hypotheses and improving visuals to increase conversion
• Building and optimizing processes within the design department
• Working with multi-geo
⏺Our expectations:
• Understanding of the specifics of scheme traffic
• Experience managing a team of designers
• Ability to work with metrics (CTR, CR, etc.)
• Creative thinking and a systematic approach
⏺What we offer:
• 6/1 schedule
• Working hours: 10:00–19:00 (MSK)
