Targeting Specialist

📋 What you will do

• Set up and manage advertising campaigns
• Analyze and optimize advertising campaigns
• Work with end-to-end analytics
• Prepare regular reports
• Audit and improve in-house and external advertising campaigns
• Generate and test hypotheses to increase lead volume

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 1–2+ years of experience as a Targeting Specialist or PPC Specialist
• Experience with B2B targeting, preferably in IT or 1C
• Relevant education in marketing, economics, or technical fields
• Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead generation
• Analytics skills and ability to work with performance metrics
• Ability to independently launch and optimize advertising campaigns
