📋 What you will do

  • Develop and deploy programs to market Edwards products and services to sales representatives, clinicians, and hospital administrators
  • Support the evolution and execution of comprehensive plans, including strategy, tactics, and content for hospital optimization and capacity programs
  • Launch, test, and adjust program evolutions while planning future development
  • Develop and refine program content based on clinical evidence, best practices, and faculty input
  • Create marketing materials for communication with hospitals and stakeholders
  • Liaise with field teams, country marketing teams, and program deployment managers
  • Train content users to deliver materials effectively
  • Manage HCP engagement within the program
  • Deploy the program in specific locations
  • Manage budgets related to program marketing activities

What we expect

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of work-related experience in healthcare marketing
  • Master's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of work-related experience in healthcare sales or marketing
  • Strong marketing skills and project management experience
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to drive objective achievement
  • Deep understanding of marketing concepts and principles
  • Strong clinical knowledge and experience
