- Define the vision, strategy, and execution for a net-new AI-centric workflow builder
- Design and deliver strategic initiatives with strong customer value and cross-functional impact
- Conduct customer discovery and use customer insights to shape product strategy
- Lead design-driven initiatives with organization-wide impact
- Improve the design system while maintaining consistent, high-quality standards
- Mentor other designers and raise the quality of design decisions

- 8-10+ years of experience delivering B2B SaaS products on large-scale projects
- Proven track record of high execution quality and organizational impact
- Ability to independently drive discovery and turn customer insights into product strategy
- Ability to lead design from ambiguity to concept and execution across full product areas
- Strong mentoring and influencing skills, including senior and executive stakeholders
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems
- Strong systems thinking, product sense, and design strategy
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
- Portfolio required, showcasing consumer-grade craftsmanship and strong product solutions
