📋 What you will do
- Coordinate audience acquisition marketing activities and attendee outreach
- Maintain target audience records and update marketing lists
- Compile and organize prospective audience lists for the Buyer Relations team
- Track and report on remarketing and digital advertising budgets
- Format, edit, and distribute messaging for lead generation campaigns
- Maintain event calendars and marketing timelines to ensure alignment with deadlines
- Update prospect, exhibitor, and sponsor information in Salesforce
- Collect, file, and track all sponsorship materials and digital assets
- Support onboarding tasks for GRIP and Bulletin platforms
- Prepare and schedule email campaigns through HubSpot
