📋 What you will do

  • Coordinate audience acquisition marketing activities and attendee outreach
  • Maintain target audience records and update marketing lists
  • Compile and organize prospective audience lists for the Buyer Relations team
  • Track and report on remarketing and digital advertising budgets
  • Format, edit, and distribute messaging for lead generation campaigns
  • Maintain event calendars and marketing timelines to ensure alignment with deadlines
  • Update prospect, exhibitor, and sponsor information in Salesforce
  • Collect, file, and track all sponsorship materials and digital assets
  • Support onboarding tasks for GRIP and Bulletin platforms
  • Prepare and schedule email campaigns through HubSpot
