Social Media Lead

📋 What you will do

• Develop and execute end-to-end social strategy across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Define Chainlink's voice, point of view, and channel-by-channel social media playbooks
• Write copy, produce/edit short-form video, ship posts, and manage the content calendar
• Operate an always-on presence: newsjack industry moments and engage with the community
• Drive promotion strategies for high-profile launches, partnerships, and global events
• Partner with writers, designers, and leadership to spot trends and shape narratives
• Drive measurable growth in audience, engagement, and share of voice
• Stay ahead of platform shifts, algorithm changes, and emerging AI tooling
