✅ What we expect
- 3+ years of experience as an SMM Manager in an agency
- Proven experience managing and growing communities for major brands
- Higher education, preferably in marketing or communications
- Strong negotiation skills with C-level executives
- Flawless Russian language proficiency
- High level of self-organization and ability to prioritize
