📋 What you will do

  • Own the U.S. brand strategy and multi-year commercial roadmap
  • Deliver annual Brand Plan and AOP with clear objectives, KPIs, and investment choices
  • Define and evolve positioning, message platform, and customer value proposition
  • Lead lifecycle planning and strategic scenario work for competitive response
  • Lead biomarker strategy in partnership with Medical Affairs and external partners
  • Drive U.S. launch strategy and readiness from pivotal data readout through execution
  • Lead the U.S. EC Launch Team and manage cross-functional workstreams
