- Own the U.S. brand strategy and multi-year commercial roadmap
- Deliver annual Brand Plan and AOP with clear objectives, KPIs, and investment choices
- Define and evolve positioning, message platform, and customer value proposition
- Lead lifecycle planning and strategic scenario work for competitive response
- Lead biomarker strategy in partnership with Medical Affairs and external partners
- Drive U.S. launch strategy and readiness from pivotal data readout through execution
- Lead the U.S. EC Launch Team and manage cross-functional workstreams
