📋 What you will do
- Plan, manage, and optimize UA campaigns across major platforms including local ones
- Analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide optimization recommendations
- Report campaign results and insights to internal stakeholders
- Partner with Creative teams to develop and test high-performing assets
- Manage relationships with ad networks, DSPs, and platform partners
- Identify new growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Fraud, Product, Data, Creative, and Sales teams
- Stay up to date on mobile UA trends, privacy changes, and new platform opportunities in APAC

Bilingual in English and Japanese (written and spoken)
✅ What we expect
- 4+ years of hands-on mobile UA or performance marketing experience
- Proven success managing multi-platform campaigns and large budgets
- Bilingual in English and Japanese (both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with attribution tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
