📋 What you will do

  • Plan, manage, and optimize UA campaigns across major platforms including local ones
  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide optimization recommendations
  • Report campaign results and insights to internal stakeholders
  • Partner with Creative teams to develop and test high-performing assets
  • Manage relationships with ad networks, DSPs, and platform partners
  • Identify new growth opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Fraud, Product, Data, Creative, and Sales teams
  • Stay up to date on mobile UA trends, privacy changes, and new platform opportunities in APAC

🛠 Stack and skills

AppsFlyer, Adjust SDK networks, DSPs/SSPs Bilingual in English and Japanese (written and spoken)

What we expect

  • 4+ years of hands-on mobile UA or performance marketing experience
  • Proven success managing multi-platform campaigns and large budgets
  • Bilingual in English and Japanese (both written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with attribution tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
