📋 What you will do
- Formulate and execute strategies to acquire key and strategic clients
- Analyze markets, industries, and key players to identify growth opportunities
- Develop customized strategies for outreach to decision-makers (DMUs)
- Conduct complex, multi-stage negotiations involving committees, legal, and finance teams
- Manage large-scale deals, utilizing sales methodologies and structured scenarios
✅ What we expect
- 3+ years of experience in marketing within a relevant company or agency
- Proven track record of closing large B2B deals and managing full sales cycles
- Experience navigating complex hierarchies and multi-level approvals with decision-makers
- Ability to create tailored commercial proposals
- Proficiency in complex sales methodologies such as SPIN and Challenger
- Understanding of deal economics, value proposition, and ROI
- Strategic thinking and strong communication skills
