Senior Product Designer, AI Platform

📋 What you will do

• Expand agentic experiences across the Vanta platform
• Create and maintain high-quality AI patterns
• Collaborate with product teams to improve workflows
• Help define a playbook for iterative experimentation with engineering
• Bring in new approaches and best practices to support the broader EPD organization

• 6+ years of experience in product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high visual craftsmanship
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Healthy skepticism and a critical lens on AI tooling
• Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly
