📋 What you will do
- Deploy and mature OSC process standards for high impact processes
- Oversee connected factory initiatives across Top 60 manufacturing facilities
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines
- Enhance reporting for site maturity scores via COSMIC and Industry 4.0
- Support development of connected factory concepts and deployment
- Coordinate site-level improvement plans with Business Units
- Lead CORE leadership weeks and workshops to accelerate site improvements
- Manage communications and change management for process standards
- Publish policies and standard work through RLPM collaboration
- Support Industry 4.0, QMS, and Program Management councils
