📋 What you will do
- Manage inbound and outbound leads from first contact to deal closure
- Own customer and key account relationships, building long-term partnerships
- Conduct negotiations, follow-ups, and commercial discussions to drive revenue growth
- Coordinate customer requirements internally and externally to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain and optimize CRM data, pipeline tracking, and pricing coordination
- Align expectations with operations teams, carriers, and external partners
- Ensure accurate handover of closed deals to operations for fulfillment
- Identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency and customer retention
- Own ad-hoc sales and operational initiatives
