📋 What you will do

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads from first contact to deal closure
  • Own customer and key account relationships, building long-term partnerships
  • Conduct negotiations, follow-ups, and commercial discussions to drive revenue growth
  • Coordinate customer requirements internally and externally to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain and optimize CRM data, pipeline tracking, and pricing coordination
  • Align expectations with operations teams, carriers, and external partners
  • Ensure accurate handover of closed deals to operations for fulfillment
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency and customer retention
  • Own ad-hoc sales and operational initiatives
