Sales Manager (with iGaming B2B experience) ✅ What will you be doing? - Attracting new partners (operators); - Processing inbound leads (individual leads, leads from agents, exhibitions, partners, and online sources); - Supporting the client during the onboarding stage; - Upselling the current provider offering; - Collecting wishes and suggestions from the partner, passing information to the relevant departments / manager; - Conducting presentations, demonstrating platform advantages, customizing offers; - Identifying client needs and working out individual cooperation terms; - Fully supporting the partner until going live; - Coordinating terms with the legal and finance departments; - Passing all necessary information to the relevant departments (legal, finance, bizdev, AM, marketing, promo); - Signing agreements and preparing all necessary documentation; - Maintaining the CRM, keeping all necessary information up to date; - Reporting on activities, leads, deal statuses, and target metrics. 👩🏽‍💻Our ideal candidate: - Understands the iGaming industry; - Has strong sales, negotiation, and trust-building skills; - Is proficient in active and strategic sales techniques; - Has experience working with providers, operators, and aggregators; - Has English at C1 level or higher. 💵 What do we offer?: - Remote work format; - Flexible start of the working day, 5/2; - Fixed salary + % of sales; - Paid vacation of 28 days per year, sick leave, and public holidays; - Company benefits package; - The prospect of growth within the team, which is only encouraged; - A non-toxic team.
