• Managing correspondence with inbound leads
• Making cold and warm calls
• Meeting call and correspondence quotas
• Collaborating with the marketing and production teams
• Scheduling and conducting video meetings
• Negotiating and closing deals alongside a professional Avito expert
• Maintaining CRM (Bitrix24)
• Participating in team meetings

• At least 1 year of experience in cold sales
• Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and objection handling
• B2B, service, or marketing industry experience is a plus
• Accountability and commitment to agreements
