What we expect: - Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills - Confident work with task trackers (project structure, templates, reporting). - English B1+ for correspondence/calls. - The skill of “turning chaos into a system”: attention to detail, deadlines, responsibility. Nice to have: - Setting up BI dashboards - Experience with trackers: Alanbase (preferred) / Affise / Keitaro / Binom, etc. - Understanding of CPA/RS/Hybrid, FTD, Hold, Cap metrics. - Knowledge of the traffic arbitrage market and trends. What you will need to do: - Maintain reconciliation spreadsheets and the payment calendar, sync with Finance. - Update statuses/conversions in Alanbase, monitor correct operation. - Keep project boards in Asana “in the green,” manage deadlines and risks. - Keep regulations and checklists up to date. - Quickly remove blockers between departments and keep everyone aligned.
