📌 What you will be doing
— manage a portfolio of 10–15 projects in parallel;
— work with B2B clients: business owners, marketers, department heads, and directors of business units;
— maintain communication with clients via Telegram, email, and calls when needed;
— receive client requests, clarify the input, and turn them into clear tasks for project specialists;
— coordinate the work of SEO specialists, technical specialists, and other project contributors, building collaboration without direct line management;
— monitor statuses, deadlines, priorities, approvals, and implementations;
— make sure tasks do not get lost, do not stall, and are brought to completion;
— maintain the task plan: record what we are doing, why we are doing it, and what the next step is for the project;
— prepare and present reports to the client: explain what has been done, what is happening with the project, what results and risks there are, and what the next steps are.
📌 What we expect
— 2+ years of experience in project coordination / project manager roles in a B2B agency, digital marketing, IT projects, consulting, or adjacent niches with long project cycles;
— experience managing several projects at once — not sequentially, but in parallel;
— experience working with B2B clients: business owners, marketers, department heads, directors of business units;
— experience working across functions: when you need to coordinate specialists who are not under direct administrative management;
— understanding of long-term project specifics: our client interaction cycle can last 6–36 months, so it is important to be able to keep a project in a manageable state over the long haul;
— ability to build a systematic process: tasks, spreadsheets, templates, reports, project materials, trackers — not "all in your head," but transparent and manageable;
— strong written and verbal communication skills.
📌 We offer
— communication hours: 9:00–18:00 MSK on weekdays;
— sometimes requests may come in in the evening or on weekends. Staying in touch 24/7 is not required, but a quick response in the format "I see it / I’ll get back with an answer at such-and-such time / I’ve passed it to the team" is appreciated;
— cooperation format: services agreement, self-employed / sole proprietor.
