📋 What you will do

  • Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Paid Search) campaigns
  • Support paid media initiatives across Meta and LinkedIn
  • Own keyword strategy, bidding strategies, and search intent optimization
  • Test and experiment with emerging platforms: Reddit, X (Twitter), and TikTok
  • Own the complete lifecycle of campaigns: targeting, creative briefing, testing, and optimization
  • Partner with Creative and Content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS
  • Analyze campaign performance and transform data into actionable recommendations
  • Continuously A/B test headlines, creatives, landing pages, and calls-to-action
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards for leadership

What we expect

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Paid Search)
  • Experience across Meta and/or LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using reporting tools
  • Comfortable managing and scaling paid advertising budgets across multiple channels
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams
  • Highly autonomous, organized, and comfortable working in a remote-first environment
  • Experience running B2B Paid Search campaigns is preferred
  • Experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition is highly preferred
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns across international markets
