📋 What you will do
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Paid Search) campaigns
- Support paid media initiatives across Meta and LinkedIn
- Own keyword strategy, bidding strategies, and search intent optimization
- Test and experiment with emerging platforms: Reddit, X (Twitter), and TikTok
- Own the complete lifecycle of campaigns: targeting, creative briefing, testing, and optimization
- Partner with Creative and Content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Monitor and optimize KPIs such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS
- Analyze campaign performance and transform data into actionable recommendations
- Continuously A/B test headlines, creatives, landing pages, and calls-to-action
- Build and maintain performance dashboards for leadership

✅ What we expect
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Paid Search)
- Experience across Meta and/or LinkedIn Ads
- Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using reporting tools
- Comfortable managing and scaling paid advertising budgets across multiple channels
- Experience collaborating with creative teams
- Highly autonomous, organized, and comfortable working in a remote-first environment
- Experience running B2B Paid Search campaigns is preferred
- Experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition is highly preferred
- Experience managing marketing campaigns across international markets
