📋 What you will do

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Bing
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad asset development
  • Optimize campaigns for CAC, CPL, SQLs, and pipeline metrics via HubSpot
  • Conduct platform audits including Auction Insights and Quality Score
  • Analyze CTR and CPL trends and investigate performance anomalies
  • Identify conversion gaps across landing pages using MS Clarity and GA
  • Prepare campaign summary reports and strategic recommendations
  • Manage daily client communications via Slack and HubSpot

What we expect

  • 4+ years of experience in Paid Media
  • Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of CAC, SQLs, MQLs, and pipeline metrics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
