We are a fast-growing performance team working in the media buying and CPA marketing niche. We scale traffic through Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), Yandex, apps (In-App), and other sources. Our goal is systematic growth through strong specialists, not quantity for the sake of quantity. Tasks and area of responsibility: We are looking for a strong HR partner, not a “template-based” recruiter. Your key task is to find and attract experienced media buyers every month who can influence the company’s growth. Main responsibilities: Full-cycle recruitment of Senior / Middle+ media buyers (Google, Facebook, Yandex, In-App, other traffic sources) Searching for specialists with 2+ years of experience and proven cases In-depth assessment of: real experience and numbers the candidate’s thinking structure the ability to scale results, not “run traffic to break even” Building and managing the candidate funnel Active headhunting (LinkedIn, Telegram communities, closed chats, referrals) Interaction with team leads and management regarding candidate quality Meeting the monthly hiring plan Who we are looking for (mandatory): We consider only HR specialists with relevant experience Experience as an HR / Recruiter in a CPA, performance, or media buying environment Understanding of the specifics of: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Yandex in-app traffic KPI, ROI, scaling funnels Ability to distinguish: a real buyer with cases from a candidate who is “all talk” Experience recruiting Middle+ / Senior-level specialists Strong analytical and structured thinking Systematic approach, responsibility, result orientation Will be a big plus: Your own database of buyers or access to closed communities Experience working in fast-growing teams Understanding of how media-buying teams are built from scratch Conditions and motivation: We value results and pay for them Fixed rate: from 600 $ / month Bonus system: from 500 $ to 3000 $ per month (depending on meeting and exceeding the hiring plan) Remote work format Direct communication with the business owner Opportunity to influence the company’s growth and the formation of a strong team This vacancy is NOT suitable if: You have only worked with mass recruitment You do not understand how Google Ads differs from Facebook Ads You cannot read cases and ask candidates in-depth questions You are used to “closing vacancies by quantity” How to apply?
