💿Middle CRM Manager (iGaming, LATAM) A fast-growing iGaming project operating in Latin American markets and actively scaling is now looking for a Middle CRM Manager who does not just “manage newsletters,” but understands the product, the audience, and knows how to influence key business metrics. 💎What you will be doing: — Launching and optimizing CRM campaigns (email / push / in-app / SMS); — Segmenting the database and working with different player clusters; — Building automated communication chains (lifecycle); — Working with trigger scenarios and personalization; — Analyzing campaign performance and continuously improving metrics; — Participating in building the CRM strategy. 🖱Who we are looking for: — 2–3+ years of experience as a CRM Manager — Practical experience working with the LATAM market — Ability to set up campaigns independently, hands-on — Experience with CRM tools and automation — Technical literacy (segmentation, triggers, scenario logic) — Spanish will be a big plus (B2+) 💲Conditions: — Remote work (full-time) — Competitive fixed salary (discussed based on experience) — Opportunity for rapid growth and influence on the product — Minimum bureaucracy — maximum speed and freedom of action ➡️If you want not just to work with CRM, but to build a system and influence product growth — apply ➡️@angel_hrdigital
