What you will do

- Participate in A/B testing of bonus mechanics
- Implement bonus strategy within the department
- Configure bonus conditions, wagering rules, limits, and parameters
- Monitor and analyze key bonus metrics
- Prepare proposals for improving bonus mechanics based on analytics
- Delegate tasks to junior specialists and monitor their execution
