Middle Affiliate Manager

We are looking for a Middle Affiliate Manager for the Revenue Share direction.
Working with existing partners: development and scaling without cold outreach.

✨ What you will be doing:

– Managing partners (Revenue Share);
– Growing and optimizing traffic (GEOs, sources);
– Onboarding and supporting partners together with the lead generation department;
– Promo codes, tracking control;
– Reporting and regular communication;
– Resolving cases (fraud, payouts);
– Working with CRM.

🤓 What matters to us:

– 1+ year as an Affiliate Manager;
– Understanding of RevShare, CPA, CPI;
– Experience growing partners;
– Systematic approach and independence;
– English Intermediate+.

🔅 Nice to have:

– Experience with mobile apps (Android / iOS);
– Understanding of MMP, tracking, postback;
– Experience working with fraud and basic analytics.
