📋 What you will do

  • Source and acquire P2P agents
  • Build and develop the partner acquisition funnel
  • Communicate and negotiate with partners in English
  • Onboard new agents from first contact to launch
  • Analyze the market, competitors, and partner acquisition sources
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Use messengers and social media as the primary communication channels
  • Improve partner acquisition and onboarding processes

What we expect

  • Experience in FinTech, PSP, payment systems, or iGaming
  • Experience in support, onboarding, account, bizdev, or affiliate manager roles
  • Understanding of payment infrastructure and P2P
  • Experience sourcing and acquiring partners or clients
  • Ability to build funnels and work in a structured way
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proactivity and result orientation
  • Experience with the high-risk segment is a plus
  • Experience launching and managing targeted ads is a plus
  • Own network of contacts or agents is a plus
  • Sales experience is a plus
