About the company We are an international payment provider in the iGaming sector, actively developing infrastructure for alternative payment solutions. We are now scaling our P2P direction and looking for a strong specialist who will build and expand a network of P2P agents across India and other GEOs. What you will do • Search for and attract P2P agents • Build and develop a partner acquisition funnel • Communicate and negotiate with partners (in English) • Onboard new agents: support from first contact to launch • Analyze the market, competitors, and search for new sources of partner acquisition • Collaborate with internal teams • Work in messengers and social networks as the main communication channel • Participate in improving acquisition and onboarding processes What we expect • Experience in FinTech / PSP / payment systems / iGaming • Experience in roles such as support / onboarding / account / bizdev / affiliate manager • Understanding of payment infrastructure (P2P, high-risk segment will be a plus) • Experience searching for and attracting partners / clients • Funnel-building skills and a systematic approach • Experience launching and managing targeted advertising • English (written communication) • Strong negotiation skills • Proactivity and results orientation Will be a plus • Experience working with P2P agents or alternative payments • Own database of contacts / agents • Experience in sales We offer • Work in a fast-growing international company • Remote work format • Dynamic environment • Opportunity to directly influence business growth • Competitive fixed part + bonus for each connected partner • Career growth alongside the development of the direction Why join us We don’t have “lengthy approvals” — you directly influence the result, test hypotheses, and scale what works.
