• Analyze funnels
• Launch and test ad campaigns
• Optimize campaigns for performance
• Brief designers on creatives
• Create simple native video creatives in CupCat
• Test different objectives and approaches within the ad source

• Strong understanding of the CPA model and traffic arbitrage principles
• Successful experience in the last 6 months in RU market arbitrage
• Experience with VK, Avito, and Yandex
• Experience managing budgets from 100k per day per ad account
• Constantly test new hypotheses and deliver positive ROI
