Looking for a Media Buyer Team Lead Google (crypto/nutra/gambling) Experience: 2+ years (including at least 6 months as a mentor/lead) Format: remote, full-time. About us: A team with established processes in performance marketing in the Crypto vertical. We are scaling and strengthening the buying department - right now we need not just a strong buyer, but someone who can lead others. . High CPL/CRG rates . Established account farming department . Unlimited budgets . A well-built system that allows the buyer to focus on ideas and analytics (automation, assistants, clear interaction between departments). . Team Lead's task: strengthen this system and bring the team to a new KPI. What you will be doing: . Independently driving traffic (managing your own ad campaigns) — you are an active buyer with your own spend and KPI. . Managing a group of Google Ads buyers . Allocating budgets (from $5k/day per team) and tasks among team members . Launching and supervising tasks for buyer assistants / account farming department . Analyzing the performance of the team's funnels/bundles, providing feedback on creatives, bidding strategies, funnels . Staying sharp yourself - testing top hypotheses on your own funnels/bundles (leading by example) . Implementing best practices (PMax, Demand Gen, approaches to moderation in crypto) . Being responsible for the team's final ROI and scaling working funnels/bundles . Taking routine work off buyers so they only focus on running and testing traffic What matters: . 2+ years of experience running traffic in Google Ads (from $2k+ daily spend on your own campaigns) . You have already managed a small team (worked as a Team Lead, mentored, assigned tasks) - even if unofficially . Worked with crypto, know the bottlenecks: moderation, cloaking, postbacks . Understand how to read EPC, CR, ROI, LTV across a team . Keitaro, trackers, funnel analytics - this is your thing . Able to prioritize strictly: what to test first and what to shut down . Motivated to earn and help the team earn. . No micromanagement - only to the point. But also no "letting things drift". Will be an advantage: . Your ready-made funnels/bundles and approaches that can be immediately launched into the team . Daily spend from $5k+ (personally yours or total under your management) .
