📋 What you will do

  • Conduct market, target audience, and competitor activity research
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans across all digital channels
  • Manage product packaging and positioning for company IT solutions
  • Design campaign logic, including mechanics, funnels, offers, and A/B testing
  • Analyze KPIs, funnels, landing pages, and overall campaign performance
  • Lead brand promotion for Lasmart SpacePlanner
  • Collaborate with CBDO, CIO, sales, product teams, and contractors
  • Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates, UX/UI, and content
  • Manage budgeting, reporting, and department documentation
  • Drive lead generation and customer retention through marketing tools
  • Create and distribute content across social media and industry outlets
  • Participate in industry events and expand the partner program
  • Collect customer feedback and measure NPS to drive product improvements

🛠 Stack and skills

Digital Marketing (SMM, SEO, email, SERM) Tilda CRM systems Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics English (Intermediate or higher) IT / Software development background Retail merchandising and planogram creation (advantage)
