📋 What you will do

  • Support discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and synthesis
  • Translate client inputs into structured analyses and opportunity frameworks
  • Develop clear articulation of how RMNs must serve brand objectives
  • Own workstreams across RMN strategy, GTM modernization, and operating models
  • Build supporting analyses, financial models, and executive-ready materials
  • Contribute to roadmap development and value modeling
  • Support workshop preparation and proposal development
  • Contribute to POVs and webinar content for firm positioning

What we expect

  • 6–10 years in retail media, strategy consulting, or commercial strategy
  • Required: Hands-on experience within a Retail Media Network (retailer-side)
  • Experience on the sell-side of retail media
  • Understanding of how retailers commercialize media and sell to brands
  • Exposure to in-store retail environments and shopper behavior
  • Confident operating in retail media and translating it into strategy work
