📋 What you will do

  • Oversee the Creator Platform strategy, operations, and team growth
  • Manage the end-to-end creator lifecycle: onboarding, content, payments, and compliance
  • Lead campaigns and affiliate programs across 400+ brands to ensure ROI
  • Develop standards for creator quality, performance scoring, and brand compliance
  • Recruit and lead a high-performing operations team and establish SOPs
  • Monitor KPIs including engagement, ROI, and content quality for quarterly reports
  • Collaborate with developers to guide product roadmap and feature improvements

What we expect

  • 5+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate management, or UGC
  • Proven success owning programs or products end-to-end from roadmap to ops
  • Strong leadership skills to hire, mentor, and scale an operations team
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Hardware: Dual-monitor setup, 8GB+ RAM, 25+ MBPS internet
  • Comfort with data-driven decision making
