Manager, BizOps & Growth (New Products)

📋 What you will do

• Ramp on existing products and learn development cycles
• Conduct customer research and write product specs
• Work with engineers and designers to prototype
• Design and run experiments and incorporate learnings
• Take target verticals from concept to revenue-generating products
• Scope and size new markets for business expansion
• Hire and build a team to run and scale new business lines

✅ What we expect

• 3+ years experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth startup
• Track record of independently owning ambiguous problems
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build from the ground up
• Ability to interface with executive stakeholders on a daily basis
• Data-obsessed with strong analytical skills
