Manager, Analytics

📋 What you will do

• Direct and oversee reporting and analytics functions
• Develop and manage critical reports to support strategic decision making
• Provide necessary information to operations, finance, quality, compliance, and clinical areas
• Collaborate with business leaders to define functional reporting requirements
• Monitor critical metrics and alert leadership to potential risks
• Coordinate with analytics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Direct development of tactical and strategic plans
• Lead standardization of data processes
• Mentor and develop the reporting and analytics team
• Manage projects related to system infrastructure and reporting enhancements
