Junior Influencer Manager (Outreach & Partnerships, remote) About the role We are looking for a Junior Influencer Manager who will be responsible for finding and building partnerships with bloggers in international markets. This role is suitable for specialists with basic experience in digital / marketing and a desire to grow in the influencer field. ❗️Important: you must not be located in the Russian Federation (as some of the tools used have regional restrictions). 🚀 Responsibilities: Search for and select bloggers (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, X); Cold outreach (email / DM / Telegram); Conduct correspondence with influencers in English; Negotiate placements and partnerships; Onboard partners into the affiliate program; Maintain and update the database (Google Sheets / CRM). 🔎 Requirements: Basic understanding of social networks (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, X) or digital / influencer marketing; At least 1 year of experience (marketing/sales/support/partnerships); English level A2–B1 or higher (written communication); Confident user of spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel). 💡Nice to have: Experience in affiliate / CPA; Understanding of influencer marketing; Experience in digital or influencer agencies; Understanding of performance offers. ⭐️ Conditions: Fully remote work; Fixed salary of 500 euro + 100 euro KPI bonus; Work in a stable niche; Work with international markets. 📲 Send your CVs and questions to: @marianna1hr
