• Communicate with clients and identify their real needs and goals
• Develop and implement marketing strategies together with specialists across key channels
• Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to achieve KPIs
• Meet target metrics for lead cost and lead quality
• Scale successful ad campaigns and identify new growth opportunities
• Build trusted relationships with clients and support projects through all stages
• Track market trends and introduce new tools into workflows
• Plan media mix and allocate budget across channels
