📋 What you will do

  • Act as the primary contact for external PPC agencies and provide performance feedback
  • Define KPIs, reporting cadences and performance benchmarks for agency relationships
  • Oversee campaign structure, bidding strategy and budget allocation across the estate
  • Develop and maintain a PPC strategy for a multi-account, multi-location business
  • Lead local PPC activity including geo-targeting and location extensions
  • Align paid and organic strategies with the SEO function to avoid keyword cannibalisation
  • Ensure accurate attribution and tracking across all lead management platforms
  • Identify and act on conversion rate optimisation opportunities across landing pages and copy
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor commercial performance

  • Hands-on approach with the ability to bring rigour and direction from day one
