📋 What you will do

  • Plan, run, and optimize influencer campaigns for brand awareness and performance goals
  • Identify and acquire new creators, negotiate terms, and grow a pool of relevant talent
  • Create performance-oriented briefings and support content production through publication
  • Analyze campaign results, extract learnings, and identify scaling potential
  • Improve processes and use tools and AI to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Support the planning and execution of influencer events in Germany and abroad

What we expect

  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or the creator economy

  • Active interest in process optimization, automation, and AI adoption
  • A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
