📝 Description

📋 What you will do

  • Plan and manage industry partnerships and engagement activities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Industry Relations and Development teams
  • Coordinate exhibitor and sponsor deliverables
  • Maintain data and reporting within M Events and internal tracking tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Meetings, Education, and Marketing departments
  • Support Think Tank sessions, advisory boards, and focus groups
  • Coordinate shipment and inventory of Industry Relations materials for events
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up communications for partners
  • Maintain and organize documentation within SharePoint and OneNote systems
