🚀 Head of Sales
Crystal Media is a performance agency in iGaming with a focus on results and traffic scaling.
The team works with influencer traffic and FB buying, running advertising campaigns worldwide for direct clients in gambling and betting with a focus on Tier-1 and Tier-2 GEOs
The team is currently growing actively, and we are looking for a Head of Sales — a person who can take charge of developing the commercial direction and build a systematic sales department.
📌 Your tasks:
• Building and systematizing the sales department (sales + leadgen);
• Developing and implementing KPIs, the funnel, and sales processes;
• Managing a team of sales and lead generation managers;
• Analyzing current processes and optimizing them;
• Training the team, reviewing deals and correspondence;
• Participating in key negotiations and helping close deals;
• Monitoring sales plan execution and revenue growth.
🎯 It will be a match if you have:
• 1+ year of experience managing a sales department (Head of Sales / Sales Director);
• Understanding of how to build sales processes from scratch or restructure them;
• Ability to work as a “player-coach” — not only manage, but also demonstrate in practice;
• Systemic thinking and the ability to see sales across the entire funnel;
• Skills in training and developing a team.
